They have misrepresented my policy and are a corrupt insurance agency. I’ve been waiting WEEKS for a document I requested and still have not received it. I’ve called numerous times asking to speak with Josh Davis and he is a ghost. This agency does not care about its customers and I’ve been insured with them for years! Despite my minimal driving habits, use of a driver safety tracker, and working from home, my rates keep climbing without any prior notification from them. Recently, when I questioned a rate hike, they attributed it to a supposed state insurance increase, but when I requested evidence, they merely sent a generic online article instead of concrete local data. Now, as my premiums rise yet again, their explanation was simply laughable – apparently, it's because of my renewal date. Transparency and accountability seem to be sorely lacking here."
